Is our Marriage legally recognised in the UK?
Yes your Marriage is legally recognised in the UK.
 
How long does our ceremony last?
The ceremony will last approx 20 minutes.

Who will perform our ceremony?
The ceremony will be preformed by Notaries / Minister.

Do we have to be resident in Florida for a period of time?
There is no residency requirement for Florida, but you both have to attend the Office in person during office hours, to collect your license.

Will our photos be ready before we leave Florida?
Yes, they should be ready in approximately four working days after your wedding.
 
Will the video be prepared in the Pal System?
Yes and edited with your names and set to your favourite music. We now tend to work with DVD's.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Most of our Orlando venues have inside options, if it should become necessary to perform your wedding inside due to the weather.

Can you assist in recommending a hairdresser?
Yes, we will give you details of a hairdresser who will come to your hotel or villa; they can also do your make-up.
 
Is there anywhere in Orlando to hire suits and dresses?
Yes, we can recommend a local shop that will hire wedding outfits for both Bride and Groom.

Can you recommend restaurants for a reception?
Yes, we have a list of restaurants that we recommend to you.

When do we receive the Marriage Certificate?
Your marriage licence should arrive within 4 - 6 weeks after your ceremony; this will be sent to your UK address by the Court House.

Can we get copies of our marriage certificate?
You can obtain copies of your marriage certificate, each copy is currently $2.00 and this can be given to the Notary/Minister on the day of the wedding, he / she will then send it to the Court House for you.

What happens after we book our wedding?
Once you have booked your wedding, three months prior to your wedding date we will contact you to discuss your requirements for your special day.

Is there a better time to get married in Florida, due to the weather?
Florida has a sub-tropical climate so rain and temperature are the biggest concerns; some months hold more risks than others. June to September have the greatest amounts of rain and high humidity and temperatures. January to April and October to December are typically the months that have less rain and cooler temperatures.
